I know that Christmas is barely over, but it's never too early to start planning Valentine's Day! It's a great opportunity to make a little girl happy with a cute new purse or a headband or barrette. I have a variety of scarves availble for the adults in your life - or why not treat yourself!! The prices are for the scarves as pictured, but some of them have been made with specialty or boutique yarn which will cost a little more. This first scarf is the Boutique scarf.  It is a long scarf with slits to slip the end through to keep it wrapped nicely.  The scarf in the photo is made with a yarn that is actually 6 yarns woven together.  It is gorgeous! Available in a variety of jewel tones. $48 +$3 shipping.

A challenge

This month is breast cancer awareness month and I have decided to challenge myself to do some good!  For every order I receive this month, I will be making one hat or scarf to donate to a local cancer center.  So please spread the word and be sure to place some orders!  The more orders, the more I will donate!

 Child's Hooded Cowl. This can be made in any color, with or without contrast trim. It will be made to fit your child! Embellishments can, of course, be added - ears, pom pom, a tassel. Whatever you would like. $38 +$3 shipping.

Newborn witch hat photography prop. Made with thick and thin yarn, this hat would be a great prop for a Halloween photo shoot! The hat has a good deal of stretch so it will probably fit up to a 2 month baby. The ribbon is not attached so it can be removed or switched for a different color. $28 +$3 shipping. The Carseat Blanket - How I wish I had been making these when my kids were babies!  This blanket is made with super soft baby yarn and has holes to allow carseat straps through to be buckles on top of the blanket.  Finally!  No more blankets blowing around and leaving baby exposed!  A GREAT baby gift!  This blanket can be made in a variety of colors, with or without the contrast trim. $38 +$3 shipping.

Did you know that you can mix and match any of my appliques on alligator clips with any hat or headband?  It's a great way to be creative and add versatility to a gift!  Here are my appliques.
