Slow but steady...

The new format is coming along slowly but surely!  I'm really hoping this will make it easier to find what you are looking for on this blog.  There are tabs at the top to allow you to quickly navigate through the different categories of items.  I haven't quite finished yet, but hopefully soon!!

I'm going to be working on re-vamping my blog to make it easier to view what I have available and easier to find what you are looking for.  I'm not really in the market to have an actual website right now, so I'm going to do my best to have this set up in a way that makes browsing simple.  I don't get a lot of time to sit at the computer uninterrupted (darn kids!! :) ) so this could take some time and will be a work in progress for a while.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to comment here or email me at littlec79@gmail.com

600 Fans!!

I have 600 fans on facebook!  I'm so excited, I never would have thought that my little hobby would turn into something like this :)  I am very grateful for all of my fans and customers!

Some recent items

 First is a Funky Owl hat that I tested for Khy's Closet.  I love this hat and my kids fight over it daily :)  Just like my other owl hats, it is very customizable.  It can be made as pictured, or with bulky yarn, regular eyes, ears or tassels instead of pom poms, anything you would like!  $26 +$3 shipping.

 This is another owl cape set I made for one of my photographer friends.  Nicole over at Moments to Remember, by Nicole wanted something neutral that she could use with a boy or girl.  I think this should work fabulously!  I even added a cute little flower clip for those little baby girls :)  You can find pricing information here.

 Here is an order I put together - I love these headbands and I was so happy with the way this ear warmer turned out!  It is a new pattern I tried out and I love it!  It is from Frayed Knot

This long tail elf hat was made for Sharon over at Sharon Gaietto Photography who was needing something for little boys.  I love this color combination!












 

I made this sweet little fuzzy bear hat for a friend who is welcoming a new little boy to her family! I love the way it turned out! This hat is available in newborn to adult sizes and with fuzzy yarn like this it is $26 +$3 shipping.

Here is a custom ordered aviator hat. This customer wanted something to resemble a leather hat with a wool flap and trim. I think it came out pretty good!  The listing for the aviator hat is here.

These brimmed hats have become quite a big hit lately! I made this one with a pink sparkly stripe and flower barrette. The listing can be found here.

Ready to Ship

Great news!  I have a Ready to Ship album!

Whenever I have a new pattern I make a sample so that I can take a picture of the finished item.  Sometimes I make the sample for my kids - you should see their collection of hats and stuff! - and sometimes I make them for my photographers to use.  So, I have quite a few finished items laying around that need homes.  So, this is a great opportunity for my fans to get items at a discounted price!

Right now I have a few hats and headbands in bigger sizes as well as a bunch of baby items and photography props.  There are even some props that would be great for Valentine's Day and Easter!!
