I was recently asked by my sister in law to put together a basket of items to be raffled off at a charity event - Cocktails for Cures. The event was to raise money for the American Cancer Society and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. It was a bit last minute but I wanted to post this picture of what I was able to get together. I wanted to make sure there was something for everyone since I had no idea who would go home with these items. So, I have a baby girl hat and matching booties which are in one of my favorite yarn - this super soft buttery yellow. I also included a football hat so the little boys out there wouldn't be left out. And then something for the grown ups - coffee cozies :) I included one that will work on take out cups and a handled mug. I was really happy with the finished product and I hope the winner was too!
